Singer-songwriter Steve Pledger returns with a new album this Autumn 2016, Somewhere Between. Fatea Magazine calls him “a songwriter of real talent.” and of his 2015’s release ‘Striking Matches In The Wind‘, Americana-UK says “absolutely wonderful from gritty start to resigned end” while 1 In Music agrees in this review by yours truly.
The new album is entirely written by Steve Pledger who also provides guitar and vocals. It is produced by the songwriter in collaboration with sound engineer Olly Winters-Owen who also provides the drums and percussions. Also on the release are Lukas Drinkwater on Double Bass and Electric Bass, Tanya Allen on Fiddle and Nigel Neill on Piano.
